What is your return policy?
You can simply mail us back the unwanted item(s) within 30 days for a refund to us. You can get the address from our customer service.
All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. The products may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
How long does it take to process my return?
We do strive to process all returns within 3-5 days. It can take up to 10 business days. You will ONLY be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. We do not notify when we have received the return. Please keep all receipt/tracking number to track the package's status.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.
